Thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.  Below are some of the safety procedures we have implemented for the health and safety of our patients and staff:

  • Prior to entering the clinic, all patients and staff will answer a symptom questionnaire and have their temperature taken.  Staff members or patients who do not pass this safety screening cannot come into the clinic.
  • Providers and staff will be wearing masks.
  • All patients are required to wear a mask or face covering.
  • The waiting area has been eliminated. Patients are to wait in their vehicle until their appointment time, at which time our front desk will call and give specific instructions for entry.
  • Visitors are discouraged. If a patient cannot leave a visitor in the car during their appointment then the visitor will need to go through the same screening questionnaire and have their temperature taken.
  • After treatment the patient is to go directly to their vehicle, where they will be contacted by the front desk about taking a phone payment and scheduling.
  • Provider’s schedules have been adjusted to have extra time blocked out after each patient, to allow extra time for sanitizing, and minimize patient overlap/maintain social distancing.
  • Providers are open limited days/hours compared to our previous treatment schedules.
  •  Sanitizing:
    • Using EPA approved cleaners and gloves, the staff will be arriving early and staying late to properly clean and sanitize the full clinic at least twice a day.
    • After each patient the practitioners will have extra time allotted to clean the treatment room and equipment, and then wash their hands/sanitize afterward for at least 20 seconds using single-use paper towels. Staff will additionally sanitize any area the patient may have touched.
    • Sanitizing counter tops, equipment, light switches, doorknobs, writing tools.
    • Prior to beginning treatment on a patient each practitioner will wash their hands/sanitize.
  • Removed all waiting room magazines, children’s toys, reading material, and chairs.
  • Removed all patient sign-in sheets/boards.
  • Provided alcohol-based sanitizer located throughout the clinic for patient and staff use.
  • Provided no-touch waste receptacles in all treatment rooms and common areas.
