Clinic Closure Notice

In order to protect our patients, staff, and the general public, Elevation Chiropractic and Rehabilitation will be closed for several weeks.  Amid the Coronavirus pandemic this is the best way we can help “flatten the curve.”

At this point we cannot give a specific date on when we will re-open.  We are hoping for a mid-April re-opening date, but this will depend on multiple factors.

When we re-open we will do our best to let everyone know by posting to our website as well as other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and our Google Business Profile.  Additionally we will reach out directly to those patients whose visits were cancelled when we are open again.

We will be not be checking voicemails during our closure, but we will intermittently be checking our other forms of communication, so we ask that you remain patient with us in regards to our response time.
